Throughout the course, you will learn how to understand, manage, and intentionally direct your own energy to support intuitive growth, self-healing, shadow work, childhood healing, and authentic self-connection. Learn when and how to use your energy with greater awareness so you can move through life with clarity, balance, and confidence.
