Information on 2010

     For those of you who are new to this website or have not had the opportunity to read anything previously, Sakeina is my spirit guide whom I met for the first time in 2004. She has offered up information about 2012 and its meaning to us which you can find by clicking on the link in the right column entitled "Message One from Sakeina. This time, I requested that she give us some insight into 2010. She graciously agreed and the information that you see below was channeled by me (Chris Schumacher) from Sakeina for all of us on December 29, 2009.
    

     "Greetings to all of you on the Earth plane. We are here to share with you good tidings for your upcoming Earth year of 2010. This past Earth year, for many of you, has been a difficult one. Your currency has caused you concern which, in turn, causes great stress to your need for survival. Please understand that you have not been alone through your struggle. We are always aware of what is going on in your lives and what you are in need of though we cannot always intervene. Oftentimes, all you need to do is ask for assistance and we will be there to assist you in what you seek though it may be in a form you do not expect.
     This upcoming Earth year will be no different in that you only need to ask for assistance to receive assistance. Your human pride seems to dictate that you do it all alone and we find this quite humorous. After all, you do not walk to work. You rely on your cars to get you where you need to go. This is a form of accepting help. You cannot ask a car to take you to and from a location just in words, but you can ask our assistance and we will find a way to aid you.
     With that said, let us move on to the Earth year 2010. There will still be much upheaval in this year ahead of you. You may see much more difficulty with your currency and in the agreements made on your behalf by those you have allowed into power. You will also see a number of natural disasters which will look small in comparison to those you have had in the last several Earth years, however, we do not wish you to fear. Fear makes you weak and vulnerable and you need to be strong and wise now and in the upcoming Earth years.
     Use the talents and skills that you have within you to survive in these Earth times that seem so inconceivable to you. All of you have skills and talents within you that you have not been used in many, many generations. Ask for assistance and we can offer you a means of reaching into yourself and determining what these skills and talents are so that you can work toward practicing them again as they will be needed in this Earth year and the ones coming up. These skills and talents are, as you would say, rusty, but again using one of your sayings, it's like riding a bike - once you've learned, you never forget. You've all used these skills and talents in previous lifetimes, so allow us to help you jump on that proverbial bicycle again and make use of these areas of power to you.
     Empowering yourselves is what will serve you best now and will keep away the fear that offers nothing good to you. Fear only empowers others and takes you backward in your self-attainment. You may also consider doing study on natural healing, first aid, the growing of herbs and plants that offer medicinal value, building of shelters with natural materials, preparation of food gathered from natural sources as these will be things that will come in handy when you least expect them.
     Please understand that there is a plan in play here that has been in the works for a long, long time. It must play out. The momentum has been building for quite some time and each major event on your Earth plane has brought it one step closer. There is no coincidence to the events and the order of events that have taken place in your Earth time and the Earth times before yours. Think of them as steps to a higher level. Each step must be taken before moving on to the next and they must be taken in order. Skipping a step could disrupt the ability to reach that higher level or cause changes in that higher level that would not be for the good of all.
     Work with one another - those you feel close to and know you can trust. Work with them to build a self-sufficient way of living that will serve you well through the changes that will be taking place within your existence. Again, we are here to assist you. All you need to do is ask.
     Do not pay mind to anything your media shares with you in this Earth year or in the upcoming years. There is very little truth shared within this area of communication. If there is any truth, it is censored to the point of near untruth. You must keep your ears and eyes open, observe what is going on around you and use the resource you call internet for truth of what is truly going on in your world so that you might be prepared for what is to come.
     Also follow your intuition - become familiar with your feelings and how you react to certain stimuli so that you might recognize this aspect when you are in need of it. You will find that trusting yourself in situations that are unfamiliar will serve you well. Again, put aside your fear of what is to come and take the knowledge that you have and put it to use. By doing this, you cannot fail. It is when you leave your survival up to those you have put into power that your survival is in question.
     There is a role to play for all of you - including those who are in power - for everything to unravel as planned. I reference here the previous information we gave concerning the stair steps (in the 2012 information). If you wish to ascend to the higher level that is awaiting all of you, do not depend on making it there by following those who have Earthbound agendas of their own. Empower yourselves with knowledge that will be useful to you and begin your ascent as an individual soul rather than a follower of many souls - especially those who may not wish for you to ascend at all.
      Ascension is coming for all who embrace it, but it will be an uphill battle. Those who are prepared will be in a good way. Those who understand that they are not alone will also be in a good way. We are here to help you through these trying times and will give what we can according to your requests.
     The upcoming Earth years are not all doom and gloom however. You will find much companionship from those of like-mindedness and have social opportunities that you have not had previously. Souls that have been searching for one another will find one another as the time is coming where this will be necessary. We are all one, yet we all have areas that will help others and vice versa.
     Pay close attention to what you call "coincidences." These "coincidences" are ways for you to know that you are meeting someone you need to meet or that you are doing something you are meant to do. These "coincidences" will lead you down paths that you were meant to take and that you planned to take as all of these changes come forth. Leave nothing to chance and no stone unturned while you are existing on this Earth plane. All that you encounter has meaning and your souls will understand this meaning and relay it to your conscious selves that need to function in the Earth plane you exist in.
     In final, be aware, stay aware, examine what you hear for truth, recognize that truth through your intuition, work with one another, and ask for assistance as we are here to help you. Most importantly, do not allow fear to cause you to react without looking inside of yourself first."
